GENERAL & MY ACCOUNT

What is Tippp?

Tippp enables you to accumulate digital points that you can redeem for gift cards or cash by completing a variety of tasks.

We combine the pleasant with the useful and reward the most active users. Access to the free-to-play games and gift cards is quick and easy.

You must register with Tippp before you can start doing paid tasks.

Earnings can usually be withdrawn through online payment providers, sometimes directly to your bank account, or exchanged for gift cards.

How does it work?

In short: complete certain tasks, collect points for completed tasks and redeem these points for gift cards. Please remember that we can only award points for correctly started and completed tasks.

As soon as you have selected and confirmed your reward, the points will be checked again by us and you will receive an email via which you can access your reward.

Is Tippp free?

Yes! All functions of our portal are absolutely free. You can create a free account on Tippp and exchange the points you have collected for great rewards. Our service has no hidden fees.

How can I create an account?

Who can register?

Anyone who lives in the US and is at least 18 years old can register. The registration is completely free.

My partner/relative/friend wants to join Tippp, but we live at the same address. Is this okay?

Yes, that's absolutely fine! And not only that. You can even refer your partner/relative/friend to Tippp. You even get a 10% commission for all points your partner/relative/friend earns.

How do I edit my profile?

Click on the gear icon in the top right of the menu bar to open your profile page. Here you can edit all required information and/or change your password.

How long will it take for my points to appear in my account?

As soon as you have successfully completed a task, the points you have earned will usually immediately appear in green in the middle of the menu bar of your account.

Can I open more than one account on Tippp?

No.

Owning multiple accounts is prohibited on Tippp and is punished with blocking these accounts. Payouts via the second account are also not carried out.

I already have an account in a game. Can I use it to complete the requested levels?

Generally not. We want everyone to have the same opportunities. Hence, you need to create a new account first and only then will you be able to complete the requested tasks. However, we will let you know if a new game account is not required for a particular task.

Is Tippp available on mobile devices?

Yes! We created Tippp for all types of devices. Tippp is also very simple and intuitive. In addition, our website is designed so that you can use it anywhere on your phone or tablet.

How can I close my account?

Why did my account registration fail?

Please check that you have filled in all required fields, ticked the privacy policy and terms box and completed the captcha verification. Why can't I log into the account I set up?

What is considered a fraud?

There are several situations where potential fraud can be identified, such as: completing the same task multiple times on different websites, canceling a trial offer or product before actually receiving the product or service, or canceling before the advertiser's offer specified number of days.

The use of disposable email accounts is also considered a fraud; only use email accounts registered to you. Performing tasks that you are not interested in or using false or third-party information (including credit cards) is also considered fraudulent.

Make sure you are using a real credit card that is registered to you at your real address. Many of the trial offers do not accept anything else. Prepaid cards, ATMs, debit or gift cards are NOT allowed.

Why was my account marked fraudulent?

There are many reasons for this, such as: having multiple accounts, using a bot or an illegal third-party program to complete offers, insulting other members or employees, using a proxy server, etc.

Can you remove the fraud lock on my account again?

We can certainly review blocked accounts on a case-by-case basis. If you think your account has been suspended for an invalid reason, please contact support: contact@blackcapmedia.com

POINTS

What are Tippp points?

Tippp points work as virtual currency and are paid out to you when you complete tasks on the website.

How do I earn points?

A fixed point value is assigned to each task. These are the points that you can earn after completing the task. Points are usually awarded immediately after completing your task.

You will receive an overview of the points that you have received. On the Tippp page you can also see which gift card you can get for these points.

What can I do with my points?

You can exchange Tippp points for gift cards from leading retailers such as Amazon or simply cash them out.

How many gift cards can I redeem with my points?

There are different numbers of points that you need for different gift cards. If you want to redeem a gift card more than once, all you have to do is collect enough points again.

How quickly are my points in my account after completing a task?

This usually happens immediately. If your points are not being credited after a while and you do not know why, please contact support: contact@blackcapmedia.com

Will my points expire?

No. Tippp points cannot expire.

TASKS

What are the tasks?

Tasks can include playing games, answering quizzes and surveys, subscribing to newsletters, downloading apps, buying products, or joining services. But new tasks won't stop coming.

How do I complete the tasks?

After you have logged into your account, you can immediately see the offer walls section of our website. The payout amount is displayed for each offer. Just click on the offer that interests you and complete any required tasks. Our system will then credit your account with the points you have collected.

How are tasks approved and credited with points?

Tasks have tracking codes that allow our system to log correctly completed tasks. Completed tasks are then approved by us and the points are credited to your account.

How many tasks can I do in one day; is there a limit?

You can do as many tasks as you want every day! And new tasks won't stop coming regularly.

How much time do I have to complete a task?

All tasks must be completed within a set amount of days of time. After this set amount of time you can continue the task, but it will no longer be rewarded with points.

Can I give wrong information when completing a task?

No.

Submitting false information will always be treated as fraud, which will result in the deletion of your account.

What happens if a task doesn't pay me?

Please wait at least 48 hours to see if the task pays out to your account. If you still haven't received any points, please contact our support and we will check whether these can be credited to you: contact@blackcapmedia.com

Can my completed tasks ever be undone?

Yes.

If you provide fraudulent information or attempt to cheat the system, we have the right to refuse or cancel credit for a specific task or to delete your account entirely.

GAMES

Can I really get paid to play games?

Yes!

Game makers are always looking for people to test their games by playing them a bit. All you need to do is complete a task(s) in the game, not write elaborate reviews or the like.

Just register with Tippp and head over to our games section, then you are ready to start earning points! Remember to always complete the tasks so that your points can get credited.

I played a game but my points were not awarded. What can I do?

Clicking on the pre-game advertisement took me to a new window. Will I still get paid to play the games I was forwarded to?

Sometimes the ad that appears before your game loads may redirect you to another game that we are NOT affiliated with. Therefore, you will not be rewarded for your time playing the games shown in the advertisements.

Why did the number of points per completed task in the game change?

The points earned for each completed task in the game depend on your country.

Can I earn from multiple games at the same time?

No points are awarded for playing in multiple tabs.

SURVEYS

How do I start with surveys?

First you have to register with Tippp. Then visit the survey offers to start earning.

What are the benefits of paid surveys at Tippp?

Tippp offers you a wide range of surveys to fill out, with new surveys being updated regularly. And the great thing: Earn points for completed surveys!

How long do surveys take?

Surveys vary in length, scope, and reward levels. The time they take can range from a few minutes to several minutes, depending on the rewards offered.

How will I be rewarded for surveys and when will it be?

After successful completion, your account will be credited with Tippp points. This usually happens immediately.

Can I exchange my survey points for cash?

Yes. You can exchange your survey points for cash or gift cards.

What are pre-screening questions?

Some surveys may require you to answer several questions before they can determine if you have the right profile for them. These are known as "pre-screening" questions and are a necessary part of the process for completing these paid surveys.

Therefore, pre-qualifying questions will determine whether you are eligible for a survey. If you have been disqualified from a particular survey, it simply means that you do not fit the desired person profile. This can be for many reasons such as lifestyle, occupation, age, gender, etc.

Does it matter how accurately I answer survey questions?

Yes.

It is very important to answer survey questions as honestly and accurately as possible. Companies pay you for real answers. If you enter incorrect information, we may delete your Tippp account.

Will I be rewarded for taking a survey that I have already completed on another page?

No, if you've already completed the exact same survey, you won't get paid twice for it.

How do I know if I've successfully completed my survey?

You will receive a message upon successful completion.

What does it mean when the survey quota is exhausted?

Surveys require a certain number of responses to meet the advertiser's or brand's needs. As soon as this limit is reached, the survey will unfortunately be closed for further participants.

What do I do if no surveys are available?

If there are no suitable surveys for you, don't worry, just check back in a few days as new tasks are constantly being added. Or how about a game or a look at our other offer walls in the meantime?

REWARDS

What rewards does Tippp offer?

Tippp offers gift cards and cash (paid cards) as rewards. The type of gift cards you can claim depends on the country you live in.

We currently offer gift vouchers from well-known retailers such as Amazon, as well as a variety of categories such as Fashion & Lifestyle, Home & Living, Travel & Entertainment and many, many more.

Can I exchange my points for real money?

You can receive Tippp points in cash or exchange them for gift cards.

How can I claim my rewards?

As soon as your points have been registered in our system, we will check them again. If everything is correct, you will receive an email within a week, via which you can claim the reward of your choice.

Your rewards are paid out once a week.

REFERRALS

What can I earn a referral commission for?

All referral payouts are contingent on the referred person successfully completing the tasks and earning points. We pay a referral commission of 10% in the form of points and the commission only relates to the points earned by the referred person.

How much commission do I get?

You will receive a 10% commission on the points your referees earn from paid tasks. So if your referred person earns 100 points, you will receive 10 points as commission.
